We don't host anything, but we still follow the DMCA's notice-and-takedown process to the letter when a valid complaint comes in.

1. No Media Lives Here

There's no video, no audio, nothing uploaded to our servers. Titles, synopses, posters, and ratings are pulled from public APIs — mainly TMDB.

2. Third-Party Playback

Where a "watch" link leads to an embedded player, that player belongs to a service we don't own or manage. Getting a video pulled means contacting that provider, not us.

3. Filing a Takedown Notice

If something here infringes your copyright, email dmca@rebahinmovie.pages.dev with:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email address, phone number).
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The specific URL(s) on rebahinmovie.pages.dev where the allegedly infringing content appears.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

4. Counter-Notices

Believe something was pulled by mistake? Send the details required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to dmca@rebahinmovie.pages.dev.

5. How Quickly We Respond

Valid notices are usually processed within 24–48 hours, with flagged content removed or disabled as soon as it's confirmed.

6. Repeat Offenders

Consistent with DMCA practice, repeat infringers lose access to the site.
